Terms of Service

WAZEN is in private beta. It is offered by invitation, and things can change while we improve it.

• 1. What WAZEN is

  WAZEN helps you get work done: answers, documents such as quotes and invoices, letters, meeting notes, picture changes, file conversion and voice. You say or type what you need, and WAZEN prepares the result.

• 2. Private beta

  Access is by invitation code. Features may change, pause or disappear, and results can be unavailable at times. We may reset or remove beta data when we need to.

• 3. Your account and code

  Keep your access code and sign-in details safe, and do not share them. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

• 4. Results can be wrong: check before you use them

  WAZEN's results are produced by AI services and can be incomplete or wrong. Always check them before you rely on them or send them to someone, especially quotes, invoices, amounts, dates, letters, contracts and anything legal, tax, medical or financial. WAZEN is not a professional adviser, and you are responsible for what you send, sign or decide.

• 5. Your content

  What you type, say, upload and save stays yours. You allow WAZEN to process it to provide the service, including sending it to the AI services that power WAZEN, as the Privacy page explains. Only use content you have the right to use. If you record a meeting or call, get everyone's permission first.

• 6. Using WAZEN properly

  Do not use WAZEN for anything unlawful, harmful, deceptive or abusive: for example fake documents to mislead people, content that infringes other people's rights, attacks on the service, collecting data in bulk, or getting around limits.

• 7. Limits

  We may limit how much you can use WAZEN, for example for image creation, to keep it working for everyone and to control cost.

• 8. Fees

  During the private beta WAZEN is offered without charge. If paid plans are introduced, we will tell you first, and you will not be charged unless you agree.

• 9. Other services

  WAZEN relies on other companies' services to work. If one of them is slow or unavailable, WAZEN can be affected, and we are not responsible for their service.

• 10. Ownership of WAZEN

  The WAZEN software, name and logo belong to WAZEN. You may not copy them, resell them, or pretend to be WAZEN.

• 11. Stopping

  You can stop using WAZEN at any time, delete your saved items, or delete your whole account (Account, then Your data). We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken or to protect the service or other people.

• 12. No guarantee, and limits on our responsibility

  WAZEN is provided as it is, without promises that it will always be available, error-free or fit for a particular purpose. As far as the law allows, WAZEN is not responsible for indirect or lost business, profit or data, or for loss caused by relying on a result. Nothing here limits any right or responsibility that cannot be limited by law.

• 13. Changes to these terms

  We may update these terms. When we do, we will show the new date here, and tell you in the app if the change is important. Using WAZEN after a change means you accept it.

• 14. Law and contact
